I understand that my Image may be substantially edited, altered, or modified. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve Photographer's Use of my Image in any media.
I grant Photographer the right to market and sell copies of my Image. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to Photographer's Use of my Image.
Photographer can exercise the right to use any pictures taken by pictureperfectnow.us for the purpose of marketing without verbal or written consent.
I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I release Photographer and any legal representatives and assignees thereof from any claims in connection with the Use of my Image. If a discount was given at the time of booking, the session is considered a promotional session, and all pictures in that discount package are subject to promotional rules and policy.
I agree to post Photographer provided watermarked pictures on social media sites (not limited to Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and tag Loops pictureperfectnow via Facebook, and/or #pictureperfectnow.us on Instagram. Pictures must be posted within twenty four (24) hours of receipt. In addition, I agree to follow and like the Facebook page of pictureperfectnow (https://www.facebook.com/pictureperfectnow) and Instagram (#pictureperfectnow.us) where applicable.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of
Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19 (and all variants), has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 (and all variants) is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments, and federal and state health agencies, recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
pictureperfectnow.us photography (“the photographer”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (and all variants); however, the photographer cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren), or any participants in today’s photoshoot, will not become infected with COVID-19 (and all variants). Further, attending a photo session with the photographer could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk and all participants in today’s photoshoot of contracting COVID-19 (and all variants).
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 (and all variants), and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I and all participants in today’s photoshoot, may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 (and all variants) by attending a photo session with the photographer, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 (and all variants) may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, the photographer. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren), or myself or all other participant’s in today’s photoshoot (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or any participant’s in today’s photoshoot may experience or incur in connection with our attendance at a photo session with the photographer. On my behalf, and on behalf of my children and all participant’s in today’s photoshoot, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the photographer, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the photographer, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 (and all variants) infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any studio session with the photographer.
In addition, by signing below, I agree that all participants of today's photoshoot, including myself, are not sick today. I agree that all photoshoot participants and I have not been exposed to COVID-19 (and all variants), and I don't currently have any symptoms of COVID-19 (and all variants). By signing below I also agree that if I contracted COVID-19 (and all variants), that I have quarantined for a minimum of 15 days before today's photoshoot session. I acknowledge I have read the liability waiver via online, or in person, and take responsibility to share this document with all concerned parties.
Studio and outdoor session pricing is set according to each specific backdrop and location. Backdrop and location changes are made at the discretion of the photographer, based on availability, and may incur an additional fee.
By booking, I agree that I am holding a spot, so reservations and payments for this event are nonrefundable. All members of your party must be present at the scheduled time for your session or event. Any late party members will be counted against booked session time. In addition, there will be no credits or rescheduling of appointments. If a credit or reschedule is granted (at photographer's discretion), they are only valid for 2 months from the date issued. If a refund is granted (at photographer's discretion), it will be subject to a 5% processing fee. In addition to the above, if a reschedule is ever granted, it is non-transferable, cannot be gifted and cannot be modified. pictureperfectnow.us photography can exercise the right to cancel sessions at any time without notice.
Each session is allotted a set amount of time, as shown when booking. If you show up late to your scheduled appointment, that time will be deducted from your scheduled session time.
Each session includes basic photo editing, such as clarity and color correction. Any specific photo retouching or special editing, not limited to removing logos, smoothing out wrinkles on clothes, fixing frizzy hair, etc. will incur an additional charge. Contact us for photo edit pricing.
In addition, once you receive the proofs for review (approximately 30 pictures), you must choose your pictures for final edit within 48 hours of link receipt. Pictures not chosen will be removed from the share drive and no longer available for review or future purchases. Once the final download link is sent to you, the pictures must be downloaded within seven (7) days, at which point the link will no longer be valid and pictures will be deleted. (Please note: we don't store pictures for future use)
After your session, and up to ten (10) days from your photo session, you will receive a link that contains lightly edited, watermarked images that you can choose from for your final deliverables. Once you receive the proofs for review (approximately 30 pictures), you must choose your pictures for final edit within 48 hours of link receipt. Pictures not chosen will be removed from the share drive and no longer available for review or future purchases. After you choose your pictures from the provided link, final edits will be made and sent to you up to seven (7) business days from selection. Once the final download link is sent to you, the pictures must be downloaded within seven (7) days, at which point the link will no longer be valid and pictures will be deleted.

During studio photo sessions, pictures and video from anyone other than pictureperfectnow photographers is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from using any phone or recording devices during in studio sessions. Sessions cannot be shared among families. Each session is booked for one (1) individual family.
Poses and suggestions will be offered at the time of service, but we can't guarantee results, based on participant interest or ability.
If any of the content created by pictureperfectnow.us is posted or reposted, you agree to waive all rights related to pictureperfectnow.us marketing terms.
